Tips to Make Vermicelli Custard

  • Always dilute custard powder with cold or room-temperature milk to avoid lumps. Hot milk will cause it to clump together.
  • While cooking the Semiya Custard Falooda, stir constantly to avoid burning and ensure a smooth texture.
  • Adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Add MILKMAID gradually and taste as you go.
  • If your Vermicelli Custard becomes too thick after chilling in the fridge, add 2-3 tablespoons of chilled milk and stir well.
  • For the ideal consistency of this Vermicelli Custard, make sure the mixture flows gently from the spoon, neither too runny nor too thick.
  • After cooking, let the Vermicelli Custard cool to room temperature, then refrigerate it for a few hours to let the flavours meld together.
