Step 1: In a bowl, add flour along with ghee. Rub it with your hands till you achieve a bread crumb like texture.
Step 2: Then add water and knead a firm and tight dough. (Make sure to keep the dough covered with a damp cloth while you prepare the stuffing).
Step 3: For the Stuffing, add mawa in a pan. Cook it on low flame till it becomes soft and starts to gather around itself.
Step 4: Then add Nestlé Milkmaid and cook the mixture on low flame. Keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
Step 5: Once the mixture starts to separate from the pan, it’s done.
Step 6: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool down completely. Then add tutti frutti and mix. The stuffing is ready.
Step 7: Now, Take small portions of the dough and form balls. Add filling inside the balls and shape it into gujiya with the help of a fork, or using your hands or with a gujiya mould, sealing it with a little water.
Step 8: Deep fry on low to medium flame till light golden and crispy.
