How to make Rava Laddu Recipe (Suji Ke Laddu)

  • Step 1: Take a heavy-bottomed kadai and add ghee, oil, and sooji. Cook on a medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes or until sooji turns golden brown. Add chopped nuts, mix well and keep aside to cool down.
  • Step 2: Once cooled, add the Nestlé MILKMAID and mix well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes, then add the dairy whitener and gently mix.
  • Step 3: MDivide the mixture into 24 portions and gently roll into Rava Laddus.

Tips to Sooji Laddu (Rava Laddu) Recipe

  • Roast rava on low to medium-low flame until it turns golden brown or aromatic. Otherwise, Rava Laddus may taste raw.
  • When making the sweet, use fine texture rava to give the ladoos a slight crunch. If you use superfine or powdered rava, the Rava Laddu may stick to your mouth while eating.
  • Stir the rava mixture continuously to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
