Sitaphal Kulfi Recipe
Ingredients
- 1Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
- 1 LNestlé A+ Milk
- 100 MLFresh Cream
- 1 deseededCustard Apple (Sitaphal)
How to make Sitaphal Kulfi
- Step 1: Bring NESTLE a+ Milk to a boil. Add NESTLE MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and fresh cream and mix well.
- Step 2: Cook the mixture on medium flame while stirring continuously for 15-20 min till the mixture reaches a thick consistency.
- Step 3: Allow the mixture to cool. Add chopped custard apple and mix well. Transfer the mixture into the kulfi moulds and allow it to freeze overnight.
- Step 4: Once set, demould the kulfi’s and serve.
