Pineapple Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 1½ cups (250 ml)Nestlé a+ Toned Milk
  • 1 ⅓ cupsFresh Cream
  • 2 tbspGelatin
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 4Pineapple Slices
  • 4Limes, squeeze to remove juice
  • 4Cherries for Garnish

How to make Pineapple Souffle

  • Step 1: Whip the cream over ice until light and fluffy (till the soft peak stage). Keep it chilled. Soak gelatin in ½ cup water and dissolve it over a pan of hot water.
  • Step 2: Add Nestlé MILKMAID, milk, chopped pineapple, and lemon juice to dissolved gelatin and mix well. Fold in the chilled whipped cream (save 2 tbsp for garnishing) into the mixture.
  • Step 3: Pour the mixture into a wet soufflé dish and chill. Once set, decorate with whipped cream, cherries and serve chilled!

Tips to Make Pineapple Souffle

  • Whip cream over ice to prevent butter formation
