  • 1 tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 100 g (15 Biscuits)Low sugar biscuits
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 tbspGelatin
  • ½ cup (75ml)Water
  • 1 pack (200ml)Cream
  • 200 mlPureed Fresh Mango
  • 200gGrated Paneer
  • ¼ tspMango flavor (optional)

  • 50 gChopped Mango

How to make No Bake Mango Cheesecake

  • Step 1: Crush the biscuits finely. Add melted butter and mix well. Press this onto a greased shallow glass dish/loose bottom pie dish and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2: Soak gelatin in ½ cup water for 10 minutes. Dissolve over a pan of hot water.
  • Step 3: Blend together the grated paneer, Nestlé MILKMAID, dissolved gelatin, and mango flavour using a beater.
  • Step 4: Add mango puree and blend for another minute. Gently fold the whipped cream into the paneer-Milkmaid mixture.
  • Step 5: Pour onto the chilled biscuit layer and let it set in the refrigerator. Decorate with mango pieces.
