Step 1: For layer 1, add ½ cup ghee and besan in a pan. Roast on low flame till the mixture becomes aromatic.
Step 2: Add the rest 4 tbsp of ghee & keep cooking till the mixture becomes runny. Once done, add Nestlé MILKMAID. Keep cooking till the mixture thickens.
Step 3: Line a tray with parchment paper and apply lots of chopped nuts on it. Transfer the mixture on it and let it sit for around an hour in the refrigerator.
Step 4: For layer 2, add ½ cup ghee and besan in a pan. Roast on low flame till the mixture becomes aromatic.
Step 5: Add the rest 4 tbsp of ghee & keep cooking till the mixture becomes runny. Once done, add Nestlé MILKMAID & cocoa powder. Cook till the mixture thickens a bit and transfer it onto the refrigerated first layer.
Step 6: Let it set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
