Kashmiri Kesar Phirni (Kong Phirni) Recipe
- ½ tin (200 g)Nestlé MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 ltNestlé A+ Nourish Milk
- 2 tbspNestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee
- 10-12 strands, soaked in 2 tbsp milkSaffron
- 2 tbsp, blanched and cut into sliversAlmonds
How to make
Kashmiri Kesar Phirni (Kong Phirni)
- Step 1: Heat Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee in a kadai and roast the suji till light brown. Keep aside.
- Step 2: Bring Nestlé A+ Nourish Milk to a boil and add roasted suji and mix thoroughly. Add saffron and keep stirring the mixture till the suji is cooked. Add Nestlé MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and simmer for 5 minutes
- Step 3: Add cardamon powder and mix well. Turn off the flame and serve garnished with almond slivers and rose petals.
