How to make Whole Wheat Jaggery Cake Recipe

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180⁰ C. Lightly grease an 11x7” rectangular baking tin and dust with flour.
Step 2: Sieve together wheat flour, baking powder, soda bicarbonate, and cinnamon powder. Soften butter in a bowl; add Nestlé MILKMAID and jaggery, beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 3: Slowly fold in the sieved wheat flour mixture and dahi alternately to the butter mixture till all the wheat flour and dahi are used up. Add vanilla essence and mix.
Step 4: Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or till toothpick inserted in the centre of the Jaggery Cake comes out clean
Step 5: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a while. Then, slice and serve.
