Step 1: For halwa, add ghee, grated carrots, & milk in a pan and cook till the carrots absorb all the milk. Add in Nestlé MILKMAID and cook the mixture for another 15-20 minutes on low flame.
Step 2: For Rabdi, mix milk, paneer, and Nestlé MILKMAID together. Bring the mixture to a boil and then cook on low flame till the mixture reduces to half. Remove from flame and add cardamom powder.
Step 3: For Plating, put a layer of gajar halwa in small bowl/glass, add a layer of rabdi mixture over it and top it with some nuts. Serve chilled and enjoy!
