Nestlé MILKMAID Mini
1 tbsp
Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee
1/4 cup
Mixed nuts, chopped
1/4 cup
Rice flour
1/2 cup
Desiccated coconut
1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder
Pinch of salt
For Filling
1/2 cup
Mixed nuts, finely chopped
A pinch
Saffron (to sprinkle)
1/2 cup
White chocolate, melted
For Colour
1/2 tsp
Beetroot puree
1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp
Saffron colour
How to make Coconut Mawa Fire-crackers
In a pan, add ghee, once it's hot, add mixed nuts and roast it until golden brown. Keep aside for further use.
In the same pan, add ghee, once it's hot, add rice flour and saute for 2-4 minutes.
Add desiccated coconut, a pinch of salt, cardamom powder and MILKMAID, and mix well.
Add roasted nuts and mix everything well.
Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add the colour of the choice.
Let it cool to room temperature and make lemon-sized balls, give them the desired shape or shape them into phuljhari.
Transfer it onto a serving dish and coat it with chopped nuts, drizzle white chocolate and garnish it with saffron strands.
Allow it to set. Arrange nicely on a serving platter.
