Step 1: Cook all the filling ingredients on the flame until thick.
Step 2: Pour ghee and water into maida and knead a pliable dough. Take small portions of the dough and form balls. Add filling inside the balls and shape it into gujiya with the help of a fork, sealing it with a little water. Deep fry in hot oil till it turns golden brown.
Step 3: Heat chocolate sauce ingredients together until they leave the sides of the pan. Glaze the gujiyas with sauce and serve.
