Once you’ve prepared the ice cream, freeze it until it is firm but still scoopable. The ice cream should be served at the right temperature, when it is slightly soft but not melted. This ensures perfect taste and texture, which is a rich, creamy texture and a sweet, caramel-like flavour that is balanced and not overpowering.
