Step 2: Crush the biscuits finely, add NESTLÉ Everyday Shahi Ghee and mix well. Press this into a greased shallow glass dish or a loose bottom pie dish and chill for 10 minutes.
Step 3: For tea cream, mix tea and fresh cream in a saucepan and bring it to boil. Strain and cool.
Step 4: Blend NESTLÉ MILKMAID, Cream Cheese, tea cream, cardamom powder and corn flour together in a mixing bowl.
Step 5: Top the mixture on the biscuit layer and bake it for 50 minutes at 160°C in water bath.
Step 6: Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve.
