Lauki ki Kheer recipe (Bottle Gourd Kheer)
Step 1: In a pan, heat ghee over medium heat. Fry the raisins and cashew nuts until they turn golden brown. Set them aside for later.
Step 2: In the same pan, add the grated & squeezed bottle gourd and fry for 3-5 minutes on low heat until soft and tender.
Step 3: Add milk to the pan. Let the milk boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Allow the milk to thicken gradually.
Step 4: Once the desired consistency obtained, add Nestlé MILKMAID, boiled sabudana, and cardamom powder. Cook the mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.
Step 5: Garnish with cashews and raisins. Serve it hot or chilled with Sadhya on a banana leaf.
